DNS 7 YXRRSET vs 16 BADVERS/BADSIG

Both DNS 7 (YXRRSET) and 16 (BADVERS/BADSIG) belong to the DNS Response Codes (RCODEs) category. 7 indicates that rR Set Exists when it should not.
