The time it takes for DNS record changes to spread across all recursive resolvers worldwide, typically governed by TTL values on the previous records. When a record is updated, resolvers that have cached the old value continue serving it until the TTL expires. Full propagation can take minutes to 48 hours depending on the TTL and resolver behavior.
